Nextrix Solution LLC provides digital marketing, creative, website and application development, and IT services as described on our Services page. Specific deliverables, timelines, and scope for any engagement will be set out separately in a proposal, statement of work, or agreement between the client and Nextrix Solution LLC.
Our published plans (Starter, Growth, and Enterprise) run for a fixed term — 2, 3, or 6 months respectively — and are billed in advance for the term. Plans do not auto-renew; continuing service after a term ends requires a new agreement. Custom engagements outside these plans will have payment terms specified in a separate agreement.
Clients agree to provide timely feedback, access to necessary accounts and materials, and accurate information required to perform the agreed services. Delays caused by a client's failure to provide these may extend project timelines.
Upon full payment, clients own the final deliverables created specifically for them (such as website code, ad creative, or written content), except for any third-party or licensed materials, and except for Nextrix Solution LLC's pre-existing tools, frameworks, and methodologies, which remain our property.
Marketing and SEO results depend on many factors outside our control, including search engine algorithm changes, market conditions, and competitor activity. We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic, lead volume, or revenue outcomes.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nextrix Solution LLC's total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid by the client for the services giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Either party may terminate an ongoing engagement in accordance with the notice terms specified in the applicable agreement or proposal. Fees for work completed up to the termination date remain payable.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Montana, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles, except where applicable Canadian law governs services delivered to clients in Canada.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
